This is no reaction. only a solid dissolves in a liquid. Polystyrene is soluble in most oils, including gasoline. Industrial glue factory too.
Since the foam is a nonpolar polymer. dissolved in nonpolar solvents.
The result is usually a viscous, sticky liquid that is flammable, and the recall of napalm.
This is not really a chemical reaction.
Styrofoam is polystyrene from a specific manufacturing process. Fish oil is organic and thus "solve" the organic polystyrene and polystyrene. Remember, like dissolves like in this case, the absence of polar polystyrene is dissolved by the lack of limits of fish oil.
